CPR/AED Level C Certification

Adult, child and infant CPR with AED use and choking management — Basic Life Support skills delivered under Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada certification standards. You'll leave certified in CPR and AED, and because certification lasts one year, most workers return for CPR recertification annually.

WSIB First Aid Program — June 22, 2026

What the new program means in Brampton

WSIB restructured its workplace first aid training program effective June 22, 2026. Our Brampton classroom delivers the new Basic and Intermediate First Aid courses aligned to CSA Z1210:24.
Basic First Aid certification — replaces Emergency First Aid — one day, CPR/AED Level C included.
Intermediate First Aid — replaces Standard First Aid — two days, CPR/AED Level C included.
CSA Z1210:24 — the national standard the new curriculum is built against.
Existing certificates issued under the previous WSIB program remain valid until their printed expiry date.

Basic and Intermediate First Aid, for Ontario workplace compliance under Regulation 1101.
Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada
CPR/AED Level C, BLS, ACLS, and PALS resuscitation programs for healthcare professionals and workplace responders.
Other certifications
mask fit testing (CSA Z94.4) and WHMIS 2015/GHS.
