If you register for a course at VIVICPR and find that it’s not a perfect fit, please send a cancellation request by email to support@vivicpr.ca from the email address you used to register for the course.

We require a 5 days prior notice to the scheduled class for any changes made to your reservation in order to reschedule your booking. A $35 (+tax) administration fee will apply if any changes to your reservation is requested within 5 days of a course . You are allowed only one opportunity to reschedule your reservation. You will not be issued a refund for cancellations within 120-hours prior to the scheduled class.

If your cancellation request is received from an email address other than the registered email address, additional information may be required including but not limited to: registered email, last 4 digits of the credit card associated with the account, billing date etc. Re-bookings, cancellations, and refund requests due to failure to do the blended online learning component at the very last minute is not an acceptable reason to re-book, cancel, or refund your course.

Deposit payments for PALS and ACLS courses are non-refundable. VIVICPR uses the deposit to purchase keys that we assign to the registrant to access the online course material and/or assign instructors, cover rent and material for the scheduled class.

Your refund request will typically be processed within 10 days of receiving it. The refund for your claim will be processed through the same method as the original payment. Please note that all transactions have an underlying processing fee and service charge, ViviMed does not return processing fees and/or service charges when a payment is refunded.
