Answer these to find your course:

The level of training you need can be determined by answering the following three questions;
Q1. Does my school or workplace require a specific level of training?
Q2. Does my governing body require a specific level of training?
Q3. What types of emergencies do I want to be prepared to respond to?
Answering these questions will help best determine if you want or need Standard, Emergency First Aid, or CPR-only training. We always recommend Standard First Aid with CPR Level C which meets most school and work requirements.
