VIVICPR Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you register for a course at VIVICPR and find that it’s not a perfect fit, please send a cancellation request by email to support@vivicpr.ca from the same email address you used to register.


1. Change or Reschedule Requests

  • We require at least 5 days’ notice prior to your scheduled class for any changes to your reservation.
  • A $35 (+tax) administration fee applies if any change is requested within 5 days of the scheduled course.
  • You are allowed one opportunity to reschedule your booking.
  • No refunds for cancellations within 120 hours (5 days) of the scheduled class.

2. Verification for Cancellation Requests

If your cancellation request is sent from an email address other than the one used for registration, we may request additional information, including but not limited to:

  • Registered email address
  • Last four digits of the credit card used
  • Billing date or transaction details

3. Online Learning Component

  • Re-bookings, cancellations, or refund requests due to failure to complete the online blended learning component at the last minute are not valid reasons for refund or rescheduling.
  • Online access keys for blended programs are strictly non-refundable once issued, as they provide immediate access to digital course materials and certification modules.

4. PALS and ACLS Deposits

  • Deposit payments for PALS and ACLS courses are non-refundable.
  • Deposits are used to purchase access keys for online materials, assign instructors, and cover rental and material costs for your class.

5. Refund Process

  • Refund requests are typically processed within 10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
  • All transactions include processing and service fees. VIVICPR does not refund these fees when a payment is refunded.

6. Policy Updates

VIVICPR reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any updates or changes take effect when posted on our website.
