General FAQs About Blended Courses

"Complete And Continue" Button does not allow me to proceed to the next module?

Students are required to watch at least 90% of a video in a lesson before progressing to the next lesson. For example, if a student watches the first 20 seconds and the last 50 seconds of a 100-second video, then they won’t be able to continue to the next lesson because they’ve only completed 70% of the video. 

Additionally, if you change the playback speed of your video (1.5x, 2x) the system does not register that you completed the modules and you will have to watch it again at regular speed. 

You will receive access shortly after you have completed the registration process. You will receive an email with your login information. If you did not receive access, check your “junk folder”, otherwise please wait until we register your information and send you a “Take Action” email.

Yes, you can stop and resume your training at anytime. The system will remember your progress automatically and you will be able to restart the module where you left off the next time you login.

The system will automatically save your progress.  You can stop and resume your learning anytime.

Yes, you will have access to all information in the online course even after you have finished your training to help reinforce what they have learned.

Yes, you can access your course 24/7 from any computer or tablet device that has an internet connection.

PLEASE NOTE: You can not fail the online portion since there is no limit to the number of times you can take each module. Each module has a test, if you do not pass the test, you will be asked to review the module again and then you can re-challenge the module test. You cannot move onto a new module until you have successfully completed the module test. However, it is possible to be unsuccessful in the classroom component.

Yes, please bring the on-line course certificate of completion with you to the in-class component of the blended course.
